群馬国際交流クラブ（GIC）は、7/26の日曜日に、高崎市にある観音山ファミリーパークのBBQ場にて、BBQを開催します。
グローバル化の流れの中、群馬県内にて外国人と交流出来る貴重な機会です♪
また、県内の外国人も日本が好きで、日本人との交流も楽しみにしてます。

Summer is officially upon us! And for us at the G.I.C., summer means basically one thing: BBQ!
Nothing beats grilled meat, fresh vegetables, and a few cold drinks!
This year’s event will take place in Kannon-yama Family Park, Takasaki. The venue has all necessary installations and on top of that, is a really cool outdoor spot. The place we propose is a mountain park, so you can expect some nice breeze and shade. Last year we saw quite a large number of participants, so we are looking forward to see you again this year!
This time we are trying a more accurate attendance confirmation system.

[1] This event will take place in BBQ areas #7, #8, and #9. You can confirm the location nearby the entrance of the park.
[2] Although the G.I.C. will offer a wide variety of food, we won’t supply alcoholic beverages. Feel free to bring your own beverage or food.
Start: 10:30~ (The participation fee will be 1000 yen for those joining us after 13:30)
Participation fee: 2000 yen (Includes food, soft drinks, location fee, club fee)
For those coming by car, please note that the “第２駐車場” is the closest to where the event takes place.
For those coming by car, this event takes place between 11:00 and 16:00, but the last bus to Takasaki station departs at 14:50.
If possible, we would like you to inform us in the form if you could give a lift to participants that come by bus.

For those coming by bus, since the last departure from Kannon-yama Family Park is quite early, we will try set up a car-pooling system to Takasaki station for those staying until 16:00.

※バーベキュー会場の７、８、９テーブルで行います。入り口に看板がありますのでそこで場所を確認してからお越しください。
※食材等はG.I.Cが用意しますが、自分で飲みたいものや食べたいものがありましたら持参ください。
※ゴミはすべて持ち帰りになっています。ゴミの持ち帰りにご協力ください。
※車でお越しの方 第２駐車場がバーベキュー会場に１番近い駐車場です。

今回のイベントの開催時間が11:00～16:00となっておりますが、会場からの最終バスの時間が14:50となっております。
もし参加者を高崎駅まで送っていただける方がいらっしゃいましたら、応募フォームの送迎可能にチェックをいれていただけますようお願いします。
※バスでお越しの方
高崎発10:43、観音山ファミリーパーク着が11:10が始発です。次が12:33～13:00の２本のみです。
観音山ファミリーパークから高崎駅までの最終バスが14:50発ですので、ご注意ください。
最終バスがBBQ終了の時間より早いので、車でお越しの皆さんに協力していただきながら、高崎駅までの送迎を調整中です。
決まり次第またお知らせいたします。
●まとめ
英語を勉強されている方でも、外国人の友達がいなかったり、実際に英語を話すチャンスがあまりないという方も多いと思います。
GICは、群馬県内で外国人と日本人の交流の場を作る地域団体です。
