GICも早いもので1年が経ちます。
群馬国際交流クラブ１周年記念パーティーを高崎市のビューホテル高崎で行います。
今まで英語や国際交流に興味があっても、GICのイベントに参加する機会がなかった人はぜひご参加下さい。
群馬県内で、英語に触れたい！外国人と友達になりたい！という人は多いと思います。
けど、なかなかそういう機会が見つからないって人にピッタリです！
GICは気軽に参加できる国際交流イベントです。

場所：高崎ビューホテル（高崎市柳川町70）
人数：50人まで
服装：セミフォーマル
会費：3,500円
（料理2,500円（バイキング形式）＋飲み放題2,000円 合計4,500円）
（感謝の気持ちを込めてGICでお１人様1,000円負担させていただきます！）

群馬国際交流クラブ１周年記念パーティー
2014年3月1日に結成された群馬国際交流クラブは
皆様のおかげで１周年を迎えることができました。
思い起こせばこの１年間様々なイベントを行い、たくさんの方々にお越し頂きました。
感謝の意味を込めまして、GICで初めてとなるホテルでパーティを開きたいと思います。
今回、立食形式のパーティで、飲み放題・食べ放題となっております。
１年間の活動報告をさせていただきますので、この節目のパーティにぜひとも
ご参加ください。今回初めての方の参加も大歓迎です。
尚、当日上毛新聞の取材が入りますのでご了承ください。

高崎ビューホテルのすぐ隣に立体駐車場があります。駐車券が出ますのでそちらを利用してく
ださい。
※ 電車でお越しの方
高崎駅に西口よりタクシーで5分。もしくは「安中」「松井田」「箕郷」「室田」行きのバス
に乗っていただき、「本町二丁目」で降りて徒歩４分となっております。

■English guidance
Gunma International Club 1st anniversary Party
The Gunma International Club (GIC) was founded on March 1st, 2014. Thanks to the suppo
rt and enthusiasm of all of YOU, we’ve been able to make it through one whole fantast
ic first year of activity. And we look forward to many more with you!
Thinking back on things, the biggest reason we were able to throw so many events this
year was because all of you came out to participate. We really can’t thank you enough.
So with that gratitude in mind, for March’s event, we’d like to hold a formal party
celebrating all of you, as well as GIC’s one whole year of successful events.
It will be an all-you-can-eat, all-you-can-drink, standing buffet-style party. We’ve
tried our best to balance cost with quality, so you can be assured that the food will
be great, if not fantastic. ;)
Please come and reminisce with us on all the good times we’ve had this past year! And
of course, come out and meet new people! We’re always open to new faces, so even if
this’ll be your first GIC event, come join us! Everyone is welcome!

and your picture might be used in an article.)
Date & Time: Saturday, March 14th, 2015, from 6 PM to 8 PM
Place: Takasaki View Hotel (Takasaki-shi Yanagawa-cho 70)
Max Attendees: 50 people
Dress Code: Semi-Formal
Cost: 3,500 yen
(Originally 2,500 yen buffet ＋ 2,000 yen all-you-can-drink, for a total of 4,500 yen.)
(But in thanks for all of your support, GIC will cover 1,000 yen for every attendee!)
*** For those planning to attend by car:
Please use the multistory parking structure right beside the Takasaki View Hotel.
Inside the hotel, you will be able to validate your parking voucher and receive free
parking (for the duration of the party).
*** For those planning to attend by train:
The party venue is a 5-minute taxi ride from the West Side of Takasaki Station. Or, if
you prefer, take a bus marked Annaka「安中」, Matsuida「松井田」, Misato「箕郷」, or
Muroda「室田」, get off at Moto-machi Ni-chome 「本町二丁目」, and walk 4 minutes to t
he location.
If you’re interested on coming by foot, it’s a 20-minute walk directly from the West
Side of Takasaki Station.

●まとめ
あっという間の1年でしたが、まだまだGICの認知度は高くありません。
また、実感としては“英語を話す環境”の構築には、まだまだ時間がかかりそうです。
でも、少しずつ今まで群馬に無かったカジュアルなグローバルの流れは少しずつ生まれてきたように感じます。
グローバル化の今、東京だけではなく群馬でも英語が飛び交い、外国人観光客が来たら面白いと思います。
そのお役に立てれば良いと思います。
